Here at Hazelwood Lodge we believe that breakfast is the foundation of a great day. Cooking within the seasons our menu focuses on the west coast of Ireland. We have a strong passion for food and try create something a little different. We grow our own vegetables and source a vast majority of our produce from local artisan producers. All our breads and confectionary are homemade. All our yeast is home grown. Our daily sourdough bread is simply made up of Organic White flour, Organic Rye flour, Maldon Sea Salt, Filtered Water, Nurtured Natural Yeast, Love and Time.
