Here at Hazelwood lodge we believe that breakfast is the foundation of a great day. Cooking within the seasons our menu focuses on the west coast of Ireland. We have a strong passion for food and try create something a little different. We are members of the Burren Food Trail and are committed to help build a sustainable future. We grow our own organic vegetables and source a vast majority of our produce from local artisan producers in the Burren.
We make our own sourdough bread on a daily bases. Sourdough bread is the oldest form of baking, made of natural wild yeasts and slow fermentation methods which produces amazing flavoured bread as well as all the great health benefits. We cater for all dietary requirements and try to emphasis this in our cooking with lots of Veggie, Vegan and Gluten free options.
